Danish producer Sivesgaard is heavily inspired by the synth based, melody-driven sound of the 80's, Sivesgaard has evolved his own sound, which often is difficult to categorize. Often melancholic, always melodic, his songs are created to immerse you and bring out your innermost feelings – as he tells it: “Music needs soul and all emotions; sadness, melancholy, euphoria, happiness and above all - purpose! Never make a song you don't feel - then it becomes artificial, a construct of wrong reasons.”
His latest release "In The Night" has got a really impressive remix treatment by Blond:ish, Viadrina, Hot Since 82, which are some of today's most hottest names on the deep house and house scene.

Tomas Barfod - Till We Die EP

Since the late 90's Tomas Barfod has been on the lips of the techno, house and club scene. As a man of many talents, he has earned the respect of artists, labels and fans alike. His latest album, 'Salton Sea' (released via Friends Of Friends) featured 'Till We Die feat. Nina Kinert', we sent it out to our friends and got some amazing remixes back! Nina's vocals haunt like ghosts in a machine, wrapped up with great bass lines and quirky percussion. Arps set an atmosphere of airy mist, while the beat picks up and moves us. This is the original mix, as heard on 'Salton Sea'. LOPAZZ and Forever Jung (aka Philipp Jung of M.A.N.D.Y.) work together to bring you their vision of 'Till We Die'. The percussion relies on a hefty kick pumping the track along, while a dirty bassline bumbles through the set of bells and woodblocks. An innovative approach to an already stellar track. Blond:ish feat. Thomas Gandey - Voyeur

Blond:ish are Anstascia D'Elene and Vivie-Ann Bakos, together they make a great mixture of groovy bass and contagious vibes. Making their first Get Physical appearance on Full Body Workout Vol. 9, it was clear they had what it takes to make dancefloors move. Now we bring you their latest effort 'Strange Attractions', a two track EP featuring Thomas Gandey.
"Voyeur" showcases the groovy bass the girls are capable of, as we mentioned above. They pair this up with a coherent, nonchalant vocal line from Thomas and classic Tech House percussion. A great blend with a deep feeling and laid-back attitude the girls effortlessly radiate.
Mr. Gandey makes another appearance in 'Distant Lover'; another great representation of the duos overall style and feeling for mysterious ambiance. Again, deep bass lines and chilled vocals, this time mixed with a chilling guitar riff. This is just the beginning on Blond:ish, but if they keep producing at this level, we'll be hearing much more of them very soon. Keep an eye out for them, and don't say we didn't warn you.
